A STORY OF COLLECTIVE MULTITUDE
The concept focuses on the human need to interact, manifesting abundance, character, and change in a singular environment. We designed an environment we can integrate, and dis-integrate at once, an environment where people are able to express themselves individually and collectively,
the main structures are built from a variety of raw materials from black tourmaline selenite, green mother-of-pearl, casting resin, gravel, cement, brass, and silica.
At the centre of our installation is the terrazzo table depicting a collective multitude of experiences; envisioned and designed in collaboration with the great talents of THE PIECEMAKERS & COLORWALL. The central element is durable, homogeneous, sturdy, raw, rugged, nature-like, and most importantly multifarious; with a top built with recycled material, supported by multiple base elements of tree-like brass structure surrounding the central element is the IPOT, a dynamic modular structure outlining the base. The IPOT is a customisable structure serving as an indoor & outdoor system of different customisable and moveable integrated parts,
the interjection of greenery was designed by GRAY GARDENS PLANT STUDIO. Cultivated cement structures, and growing through and within the rigid IPOT metal framework, vegetation allows the installation to live and breathe.
